Quilcene School District conducts regular activities and evaluations to identify children, from birth to age 21, with disabilities. A disability may present itself as a delay in learning, speech or language, motor skills, or social emotional abilities. Once a child is identified as having a disability, they may qualify for services through the district's special education program.

Homeless students or youth, including early childhood aged students, who lack a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence can take part in the District's childfind process. For more information please contact the district Homeless Liaison/Counselor, Tiffiny Jaber (360) 765-2955.

Parents or staff that suspect a child of having a disability should contact their child's school psychologist, counselor, or principal.
