We want to give a huge shoutout to Ryder Winans and Drake Johnson who were chosen as this week's Students of the Week. Both students were very well deserving of the award and were each nominated for their leadership in class- Ryder for his leadership in MS Humanities and Drake for going above and beyond in his HS Leadership Class.

Congratulations are certainly in order for Zee Gossette and Claudia Wilcox, who were each awarded a $2,000 scholarship for having their art pieces being chosen as Judges Choice Award Winners in the 2023 OESD Regional Art Competition.

This week's Weekly Update features extended learning about questioning strategies teachers can use to de escalate situations with students, more about our two Students of the Week mentioned above,  pictures of the award winning artwork from Zee and Claudia, a reminder that conferences are just around the corner, and upcoming events which include the start of spring sports.
