The mission of our program, along with Quilcene School District, is to offer quality educational support via a Parent Partnership Program for family-based learning. PEARL is designed to serve families who want to be fully engaged with their children's education on a daily basis. Our certificated teachers partner with parents to teach, guide, evaluate, assess, and help all students to achieve their individual learning goals. We enable lifelong learners to experience the joy of learning while preparing them to meet the challenges of a continually changing world.

With that said, we'd love to introduce you to our teachers and staff so you can get to know us a little better! You'll find we come from a variety of backgrounds and have a wide range of experiences amongst our group. Above all, you'll see that each teacher in our program has a love for the families and students they work with, are life long learners themselves and have a big heart for the PEARL program.
