The Quilcene School Library hosted local Author Lily Lamotte on November 15, 2024 for a visit with our 3rd through 6th grade students. Lily is a resident of Port Townsend and has three published books.
Lily brought all students copies of her first book, Measuring Up that was released in 2020. Lily told students of her journey as an author and what it takes to be an author. One student remarked, "I better start now!"

Are you looking for a fun outdoor education experience for youth during breaks from school? Lake Landworks LLC is offering Wilderness Adventure Day Camps! The first one is on Thanksgiving break November 25th - 29th. Limited scholarships available for Quilcene residents.
