The weight room will not be open during the school closure and we will have no team activities. I will be posting daily at home workouts to complete during this time. These workouts must be done in order. At Home Backpack Workouts are attached. The only equipment you will need is a backpack and things to put in your backpack to add weight. Use books, or random household items. Find an old backpack and fill it with sand or dirt if you can. The most important thing to do is the speed portion of the workout. The less dedicated of us will take this extended time off and use it as an excuse to do nothing. Think of this time as an opportunity for you to separate yourself from the competition. You will lose much of what we have worked all year to gain if you do not utilize this time appropriately. The success or failure of our Ranger teams or of you as an individual will be largely determined by what you do during this time, behind closed doors when no one is watching. If you have some weight equipment at your house, do lifts that we have done previously at school and I will try to help you incorporate it into the workout if you wish.
