Qualifying Jefferson County residents can now schedule COVID-19 vaccine appointments directly from the Jefferson Healthcare Vaccine website. Posting the appointment link directly to the website simplifies the appointment process and allows individuals to check back for appointment at their convenience. The schedule will be updated on Friday afternoons based on vaccine availability. First and second dose appointments are scheduled simultaneously three weeks apart and at the same time for each appointment.
The Washington State Phase Finder Tool will determine vaccine eligibility. Jefferson Healthcare is currently vaccinating 65 or older, 50 years old and older living in multigenerational households, caring for elderly relatives or young grandchildren, nieces or nephews, PreK-12 school employees, childcare providers and 1A workers. All vaccinations are done at the Drive Thru Immunization Clinic in Port Townsend. Patient Acknowledgment forms are available in English and Spanish and can be printed directly from our website or they are available at the Immunization Clinic.
