The  48^th Annual Kitsap and Olympic Peninsula Regional High School Art Show has officially begun, and this year there are many entries from Quilcene students! 

You are warmly invited to enjoy the gallery of amazing student artwork and vote on your favorite piece (Quilcene is represented by art pieces 16, 17, 22, 26, 28, 30, 34, & 35)

A couple of items for families:

First, we are excited to announce that, beginning next Monday (2.22), students in grades 3-6 will each be on-campus one additional day weekly. This will mean that students in grades K-5 will be learning in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and students in 6th grade will be learning in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Second, in celebration of the return of athletics, we will be having "Purple & Gold" Tuesdays & Fridays. The class with the highest percentage of students who wear purple or gold each Tuesday & Thursday will win a special prize for that week.

The Quilcene School District is now accepting referrals for testing for participation in Quilcene Highly Capable Services for the 2021-2022 school year. The referral window is open from February 15 - February 26. For more information please visit the Highly Capable Program page.
